Is it easy to hang on a wall?
Yes, just hang it up with two screws or a rope.
If I can't nail anything to the wall, how would I hang it?
We can customize it to be self standing on a desktop, or hanging from a window or ceiling.
If I want to hang it on artificial flowers or boards, is it safe?
Absolutely! Our neon lights are 12V low voltage output, and have no risk.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes, our lights are made from soft silicone tubes and are very safe to be around children.
Is the brightness on your signs dimmable?
Yes, you can select an option to make your light dimmable before you add it to the cart. When your light is dimmable, you can adjust your neon to any brightness you want.
If I don't have a wall socket, can it be battery powered?
It can be customized to be battery powered (batteries must be purchased separately), but we suggest using electricity because it is more economical.
Can the signs be hardwired into an electrical fitting in the wall?
The plug can be cut and hardwired into an electrical fitting, but you will need to keep the adapter.
Can this item withstand rain and outdoor weather?
Yes! We can customize it to be rainproof.
Is it noisy? Meaning is there a constant buzz from the light?
There is no noise at all. The light is silent!
Can I get a custom color?
Yes, you can choose a custom color from our 10 available color options before you add it to your cart.
Can you customize some parts of this item in another color?
Yes, we can customize mixed colors for your item,
Can You customize the size of your neon light?

If we choose a custom phrase, do you have restrictions on the amount of letters over a certain distance?
Generally, there is no limit. If the rest of the text does not appear in the customizer panel, don’t worry, we will make the complete text. You can always inquire us if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I upload images to be made into a custom sign, or do you only customize text?
We can make any design, logo, pattern or text. You can upload your image via the custom listing.
What is the turnaround time for a custom order?
We deliver our products within two weeks from the order date.
How long are the cables? Can you customize the length of the cable?
Each neon light comes with 10 ft cables, Yes, you can send us a message with your preferred cable length and we will customize custom cables for you.
Can you customize the color of the backplane?
The standard color of the backplane is transparent, but you can choose a custom color from our 10 available color options (including the mirror).
How does it look during the day?
Beautiful! The transparent wires almost invisible and don’t ruin the aesthetic of the piece. It looks very nice and clean.
What is the invisible function?
Invisible function means that when you turn-off the neon light, you can only see a mirror, and others are invisible.
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will apply for orders shipped to Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order, with the exception of Gift Cards. We only accept Gift Cards issued by Pop-young CUSTOM.

Do you provide gift wrapping and a gift messaging card?
Yes, we provide gift packaging materials and a gift messaging card.
Can you ship worldwide? Can plugs and voltages meet our local standards?
Yes, Free worldwide shipping. The plug and voltage are suitable for your local standard.
When will I get my order?
All orders typically take 5 days to process + shipping time.
Economy shipping (4 weeks) : Free
Standard shipping (2 weeks): $9.99
We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Can I get my order expedited?
You can select "standard shipping" at checkout for your orders. You can get your order within 2 weeks.
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 90 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 90 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns on custom items.
How can I return my order?

When will I receive my refund?
Your return will begin to process immediately and the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.
What types of Gift Cards do you offer?
We offer both a Digital Gift Card and a Gift Card Set. The Digital Gift Card is delivered via email to the buyer immediately after purchase with instructions on how to redeem the gift amount at checkout.
The Gift Card Set is packaged in a beautiful gift box and features a note insert for a personalized message. Use the “Gift Message” field at checkout to leave your message for the gift recipient.
How do I send a Gift Card?
The Digital Gift Card is delivered via email to the buyer immediately after purchase with instructions on how to redeem the gift amount at checkout. The buyer will need to forward the email to the recipient or print it out to gift it in person.
The Gift Card Set is delivered via USPS to the shipping address specified during checkout. You may choose to send it to yourself to gift it to the recipient in person or to send it directly to the recipient by entering his or her shipping address at checkout.
How do I redeem my Gift Card?
At checkout, click “Enter a Gift Card or discount code,” type your Gift Card code into the empty field and select “Apply.”
